  • Do you charge a fee and how much is it?
  • Why should I pay you a fee when I can do it myself online?
  • Can you get better airfares that I can online?
  • What sort of travel do you sell?
  • Do your agents work on commission? Should I always talk to the same agent?

Q: Do you charge a fee and how much is it?
A: Yes, we do charge for our services. For airlines tickets, we charge $30 for the first person in the reservation, and $15 for each additional person on the same reservation.  So two people flying together would be charged a $45 fee, three people a total of $60, and so on. Tour packages or cruises are simply charged $30 per reservation, with the exception of a Las Vegas package which is $10 per person.  For a car rental or a hotel stay alone, we do not charge a fee.
A: It comes down to how much time and effort do you want to expend on your trip? The Internet can be an never-ending source of information but it can be too much to comprehend, not to mention almost every time you check a price, it changesand suddenly you've spent all of Sunday afternoon looking for that relaxing getaway.  It can be very frustrating.  Let a professional narrow down your choices and take less time doing it.  We have been in this ever-changing industry for many years and can navigate the information quickly.
A: The airlines set the prices, we don't.  That said, we do look at all the airlines and check different routes to find the best prices.  Sometimes leaving a day earlier or later is the key, or diffferent times of day. Look closely at the prices online, sometimes they are "starting at" or "from", or when you put in the actual dates you want, those prices are not available.  If military, senior, or child's discount are available, we have access to them.

Q: What sort of travel do you sell?

A: Air tickets, rail tickets, cruise and cruisetours, resort stays -all-inclusive resorts or ones you pay for food, drink and tips, Las Vegas packages, car rentals, hotel stays- one night to one hundred nights, motor coach tours, self-drive tours, river cruises, spa stays, and on and on.  We cal sell pretty every kind of travel except Greyhound bus tickets. Note: We have found a few airlines in Africa that we cannot sell.

Q: Do your agents work on commission? Should I always talk to the same agent?

A: Great questions! We all work together for the benefit of our clients.  We do not receive commission as individuals, but as an agency.  To be honest, there are individual incentives for some travel packages sold.  As to talking with the same agent, it's a matter of preference.  If you've started with one agent and they are off, any agent can probably take care of the transaction.  If it's a complicated trip and the two of you have been working on it for a while, it usually is best if you wait and speak with the original agent.  It's a small office and we usually have some idea of what the others are working on so we do what we can.
